Terms of Service

Thanks for using VibeSchema. These terms keep expectations clear on both sides. They contain a limitation of our liability, so please read them.

“VibeSchema”, “we”, “us”: the operator of vibe-schema.com, reachable at contact@vibe-schema.com. “Services”: vibe-schema.com and all tools on it. “You”: the person or organization holding an account or using the Services.

When you use the Services, now or in the future, you agree to the latest version of these terms. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above and take reasonable steps to notify account holders. If we sometimes don’t enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it.

Account terms

  1. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. We cannot be liable for loss or damage from your failure to do so.
  2. You are responsible for all content posted and activity under your account.
  3. You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
  4. You may not use the Services to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, to send spam, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the Services.

Free plan and future pricing

The free plan is really free: we don’t ask for your credit card and we don’t sell your data. If we introduce paid plans, they will be optional, their terms will be shown before you pay, and we will give existing customers at least 14 days notice of any price change that affects them (we aim to give more).

Cancellation and termination

  1. You can delete your account at any time from the account panel. Deletion is immediate and permanent: all your projects, schemas, snapshots, and chat history are removed and cannot be recovered. Export anything you want to keep first.
  2. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we reserve the right to refuse the Services to anyone. Abuse of the person operating the service will result in immediate termination.

Modifications to the Services

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We will not exercise this right arbitrarily against data you have stored: material changes come with notice, and account deletion (with export) is always available.

Uptime, security, and privacy

  1. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. We provide the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a service-level agreement.
  2. We protect your content with application-layer encryption on top of encryption at rest, as described in our Privacy Policy. We process your data only as described there.
  3. We as humans access your content (your schemas, including code, layouts, and snapshots, and your AI chat history) only: to help with a support request you make, to debug a failure where automated means are insufficient, to investigate abuse or secure the Services, or where the law requires it. Such access can include decrypting your content, but never more than the situation requires.
  4. Share links you create are viewable by anyone who has the link.

Ownership

  1. Your schemas and content remain yours. You give us the limited license needed to store, process, and display them to operate the Services, and nothing more.
  2. We (and our licensors) own the Services themselves, including all intellectual property in them. You may not copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without written permission.
  3. Content you post must not infringe anyone’s copyright.

Features and bugs

We build the Services with care, but no software is bug-free and we don’t guarantee the Services will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

Liability

You expressly understand and agree that VibeSchema shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) or any other matter relating to these terms or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence, whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.

In other words: choosing to use the Services means you are making a bet on us. We work to be a safe bet, but the risk of that bet is yours.
